    WARRANTY:

    All products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal installation, use, and service for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase.

    Under this warranty, we shall repair or replace (at its option), during the warranty period, any part that proves to be defective in material of workmanship under normal installation, use, and service, provided the product is returned to us with transportation charges prepaid. Returned products must include a copy of the purchase receipt. In the absence of a purchase receipt, the warranty period shall be 180 days from the date of manufacture.

    This warranty shall be voided if the product is damages as a result of defacement, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, destruction or alteration of the serial number, improper electrical voltages or currents, repair, alteration or maintenance by any person or party other than a store employee or authorized service facility, or any use in violation of instructions furnished by us.

    This warranty is also rendered invalid if this product is removed from the country in which it was purchased, if it is used in a country in which it is not registered for use, or if it is used in a country for which it was not designed. Due to variations in communications laws, this product may be illegal for use in some countries.We assumes no responsibility for damages or penalties incurred resulting from the use of this product in a manner or location other than that for which it is intended.

    IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER. THE INSTALLATION OF ANY  PRODUCT SHOULD BE DONE BY A QUALIFIED INSTALLED AND ALL INSTALLATIONS SHOULD BE FULLY WATERPROFFED TO AVOID DAMAGE TO THE VESSEL OR VEHICLE. BY PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT, BUYER AGREES TO LIMIT OUR LIABILITY TO THE PURCHASE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT.

    Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.

    This warranty give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

    DEALER RETURNS:
    Products not purchased from store directly. If you purchased from a reseller or distributor, you must contact them directly for return instructions.

    RETURNS:
    Our return policy is this: if you are unsatisfied with the products you purchased at our store, you may return any products within 15 days of receiving you purchase in their original packaging provided there is no damage or wear and tear. Without exceptions, all returned items may be assessed a 30% restocking fee. For any products requiring programming,
    the programming time is non-refundable and will be assessed during the refund processing, for example, the EZ Connect Modem ($50), Client Bridge ($50) and Networked Boat ($145). These programming fees are in addition to the restocking charge. 

    Any returns from a product purchased with FREE SHIPPING will be assessed a shipping fee of 20% which will be factored in the refund amount granted.

    Due to the extreme nature of the environment, we offer a 180 day replacement warranty on all items purchased and returned to us due to hardware failure.

    The equipment contains several delicate connectors that may be subject to damage and the following shall be specifically mentioned for special warranty policies.

    RF Connectors:
    RF connectors contained in laptop packages such as laptop antennas or RF cabling connectors that connect to WiFi cards and cable connectors to WiFi cards are not under warranty and buyer shall be solely responsible for any replacement. These units are inspected prior to shipping and damage by buyer shall be at buyer’s own risk.

    HighPowerBridge: the following events shall void the warranty on the HighPowerBridge.

    1. Undue tightening of the RF connector to the antenna port on the bridge. This action can create a loose connector that caused parts to come loose in the bridge.
    2. Slicing of any of the supplied RF cables. Only original supplied cables should be used
    3. Inappropriate power surge to device. The HighPowerBridge should be plugged into a commercial quality surge protector.

    HERE’S HOW TO MAKE A RETURN TO US:

    Complete the RMA form on the support section of the BBX store website (Support Section) and email it to us.

    For return of unused and uninstalled equipment only, you will receive instructions by email. Please print this instruction email and include it with your return. This number is basically the order number for your return. Please reference this RMA number on all packaging sent back to BBX and include your receipt.

    Once you receive your RMA number via email or fax, you will receive shipping instructions for your merchandise. Ship all materials in their original packaging via a courier such as UPS or FedEx, to the address in the e-mail. Upon receipt of merchandise, we will evaluate the RMA for customer credit and inform you by e-mail.

    Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping and handling charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card or a warranty processed.


    Return Material Authorization (RMA)
    The BroadbandXpress warranty service program gives its customers the option to return the product for repair, exchange, or refund. Please follow the following procedures when returning products:

    RMA number will be issued. Depending upon the method of submission, a RMA number will be emailed or faxed to you. If you have not received an RMA number within 7 days, please email us.
    Return of Merchandise:  send us the defective product including the RMA form. All products being shipped to BroadbandXpress for repair/refund or exchange must be sent by UPS or FedEx and prepaid by the customer. In the event that the product is repaired or replaced under a warranty, BroadbandXpress shall pay for the return shipping.
